Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services and request refunds for event planning services booked through our Website.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date and services.
  • Deposit amounts and due dates will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Services will not be considered confirmed until the required deposit is received.

Cancellations by Client

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Cancellations made more than [30] days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit and any non-recoverable costs.
  • Cancellations made within [30] days of the event date are generally non-refundable.
  • Any costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., vendor deposits, materials, permits) are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made in writing.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
  • Additional fees may apply if rescheduling results in increased costs or requires new vendor bookings.

Cancellations by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, or force majeure events.
  • In such cases, you will receive a refund of any amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs where applicable.

Vendor and Third-Party Services

  • We may coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf.
  • Refunds for vendor services are subject to each vendor’s individual cancellation and refund policies.
  • We are not responsible for refunds not issued by third-party vendors.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend or participate in scheduled services without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
